About Asmacure
Asmacure is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of novel, proprietary compounds that target cholinergic receptors for the treatment of inflammation, notably pulmonary airway diseases. The company’s lead compound, ASM-024, has a novel multi-functional mechanism of action with nicotinic and muscarinic effects. Asmacure was founded by Dr. Yvon Cormier, a noted pulmonologist, and Dr Evelyne Israel-Assayag in 2002 and is based in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada.
