During the year ended December 31, 2010, it marketed its solution in 49 states. As of December 31, 2010, it had secured direct contracts with 304 commercial payors. On December 21, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Biotel Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Braemar, Inc. and Agility Centralized Research Services, Inc.
