EEE&E, LLC consists of a mobile food truck service offering homemade foods (breakfasts & lunch), event planning for intimate gatherings and personalized dessert service. We will start with the food truck and as the clientele builds begin offering the personalized dessert service to our patrons. I am currently doing some small scale catering & event planning but will expand that business within 6 months of launching the food truck. EEE&E, LLC is focused on homemade, quality food items, with the convenience of bringing the food to the consumer and providing exceptional customer service. We will offer standard food items with an eclectic twist (loaded breakfast waffles & egg cups, gourmet grilled cheese). The average price per meal will be in the $5 range (breakfast could be a little less and lunch could be a little more). EEE&E, LLC is the umbrella corporation for the mobile food truck service, event planning for intimate gatherings and personalized dessert service. Our future vision is to expand our food truck territory to include fairs, festivals and parades (summer 2012) and to open a brick & mortar location offering eclectic edibles in a café setting.
