Because the majority of IWS (Independent Workshops) are small format garages with no dedicated procurement or accounting resources, all they have to do is punch/click/speak into the Koovers DMS and post their requirements, and the spares will be delivered to the workshop at the pre-defined TAT (turn around time) based on the nature of the spares and the location of the workshop.
