McGoff Construction is the build vehicle for the Group’s asset-backed operating businesses, whilst community-based developer Villafont promotes site identification and acquisition. New Care is a development-led care operator established in 2010 and is unparalleled within the care sector. The Group’s latest venture is Downtown Manchester, a 368 unit private rental scheme in Salford, Manchester. Alongside Downtown, the investment will be channeled into New Care’s future pipeline of Care Centres along with the launch of Back to the Garden Childcare, a new generation children’s daycare offering.
