Pharvaris is a clinical-stage company focused on bringing an oral bradykinin B2 receptor antagonist to patients. The co-founders of Pharvaris include an inventor of icatibant and the leadership from Jerini AG that developed icatibant for the treatment of HAE, now sold by Takeda under the brand name Firazyr®.
