2Care is a facilitator for both sides of the health problems, from the population side we want to provide for the most of the population that doesn't have ways to pay for a good health insurance and/or don´t want or cannot wait for the government health system. And for the health providers, that in most of the cases are badly rewarded by health insurance providers, such as really small payments for each appointment, and long time waiting, can take up to 70 days, for the payment.
