An alternative to bottled water; we make IoT connected, water purification systems (patent pending), install them in customers' homes, under the kitchen sink, for a monthly subscription with service included to provide purified-water-as-a-service. IoT because we own the equipment so just in time servicing, remote shutdown for quality or delinquency issues, circular economy and big data. We built, in house, a multi-tenant ERP. Client App and Technicians App to manage the business. Multi-tenant because we serve Guadalajara, Mexico as (B2C) and rapid growth will be through distributors using a cookie cutter plan, the equipment and IT (B2B2C). The client App is not only the method to change credit/debit card details but also a referral tool (31% have referred at least 1 client) and a sales channel for future approved goods and services.
