The site is located between 6th and 7th Avenue on a block-through parcel between 13th and 14th streets in the ""South Slope"" area of Brooklyn. The parent company ADG is a privately held real estate development company focused on the creation of luxury housing and prime office space. They identify opportunities for new construction and the enhancement of existing assets in niche markets throughout the New York Metropolitan area. Their services include acquisitions, marketing, construction management, development and finance.
