antiallergy aim of the Food Information Regulation is to inform consumers transparently about allergens, additives, energy and nutritional values as well as the origin of the food. The information requirements for "allergenic" ingredients in unpackaged foods are regulated in Germany in the Supplementary Food Information Implementing Regulation (LMIDV). This means that butchers, bakers, ice cream shops, farm sales, delicatessens or supermarkets need to provide information on their fresh produce in which products contain ingredients that cause allergies when consumed. This difficult-to-implement specification is easily implemented using Better Life solutions.
