On the other hand, employers can post jobs for free, with the option of receiving random applicants for free or screened applicants for a fee. The platform offers free access to job seekers. To maintain quality, ArtisanOga has a skill endorsement system that allows employers to give periodic ratings of workers' skills, thus boosting the workers' profiles and career prospects. Currently, ArtisanOga boasts over 25,000 registered workers from major Nigerian cities, with more than 5,000 who have found machining jobs through the platform.
