About Avatron Software
Avatron Software, one of the first mobile app developers, is the developer of the Air Display line of apps. Air Display turns an iPad or Android tablet into a wireless computer monitor with a touchscreen. The desktop edition of Air Display turns a Mac or Windows PC into a monitor for another Mac or PC. Previous Avatron apps included Air Sharing, Air Connect, Air Login, Air Dictate, Air Stylus, Print Sharing, Whiteboarder, and dozens of others. Avatron was founded in April 2008 by Dave Howell, a former Apple software engineering manager, and a team of veteran software engineers from Apple, IBM, Intel, and elsewhere. The company is based in Portland, Oregon.
