About Bits
Bits is a legal design company. That means we apply design into complex legal documents so any person is able to understand them. Instead of reading long and difficult documents you will have visual cues and aids to help you understand what is written in the document. At the same time, we change legalese into plain language. This way, any person may understand a legal document. When people who use the documents actually undestand them we enable companies to have higher efficiency because sales cycles get shorter, there is less Q&A and back and forward during negotiations, people abide to the rules - which in turn leads to less conflicts. We developed the first software for this field. Through our unique algorithm, we are able to change legalese into plain language and apply design features to the document. In addition, we let any lawyer use a canvas to design its own document (DIY).
