Founded in 2003, we are a leading Austin, Texas-based private equity firm with over $250 million under management through two funds that specializes in growth, recapitalization and buyout financings of smaller middle-market companies. We target established, profitable businesses with a history of growth. These companies typically have $5 million to $10 million of EBITDA and $25 million to $100 million of revenue at the time of investment. We invest across a variety of industries, with each initial investment in a company ranging from $10 million to $15 million.
