**What We Do** We are a group of serial entrepreneurs and investors who have raised Millions of Dollars from the TOP VCs in the world, chasing the unicorn valuation – Been there, Done that. We believe there is far too much focus on creating a 100x outcomes (which has it’s entitlement) and not nearly enough on empowering entrepreneurs to build profitable and sustainable businesses. Our mission is to maximize the number of successful businesses and entrepreneurs in the world through founder-friendly terms, capital, best-in-class resources, mentorship and a proven process. We are incubating new ideas with stand out founders across a number of different industries (Proptech, Hospitality, Retail, Tech, Health, Education, etc) and modes (EXIT focused, bootstrapped/profitable). We’re in the business of keeping our co-founders in business. We love incubating companies or invest early in profitable businesses and work like a swiss-army knife co-founder, from start to finish. **How We Do It** Building a successful startup requires a mix of experience, talent, perseverance, execution, adaptability, timing, luck, team, and support. While ideas are important, a strong team is crucial for success. Our focus is on building “boring” businesses – niche, profitable ventures. This is challenging but rewarding. Boring Ventures develops and refines ideas with matching founders, and we welcome teams or individuals interested in incubation. We have developed a proven playbook for ideating, validating, and building new businesses. We are open to various collaboration models. We create our own ideas and seek out founders who are a perfect match for them, and we also welcome teams or individual entrepreneurs who are interested in incubating their ideas with us.
