Capstone Capital is an independent SEC registered investment advisor founded in 2002 by Ron Leavitt and Jeff Burr in Henderson, Nevada. Our mission is to simplify your life and enhance your peace of mind. We especially enjoy helping people successfully navigate the complexities of preparing for a secure retirement, selling their business, or receiving an inheritance. As independent advisors we are not beholden to any mandates or sales quotas from other investment companies. Therefore, we are free to recommend only what is in your best interest, in a true fiduciary capacity. What is a fiduciary? Most financial advisors are only subject to a “suitability rule,” which means their recommendations must be reasonably suited to the client’s situation, but not necessarily in the client’s best interest. As fiduciaries, we have voluntarily accepted the greater responsibility of always putting our clients’ interests ahead of our own, to minimize and disclose any potential conflicts of interest, and to ensure our advice is accurate, thorough, and transparent.
