Cherry Bird takes the complete rental process to the cloud so you can find and secure your next property online. Targeted at students and for people who share housing (HMOs) the service allows tenants to find properties, arrange viewings, pay the deposit and rent online (via bank card or GoCardless), sign the contract online & manage the house. Landlords can list the properties for free and select a range of management options with Cherry Bird. The service operated on a fixed fee on successful rental saving landlords time and money. Cherry Bird claims the service fees are 50-90% lower than that of a high street agency and lists the biggest benefits as saving time and money. Cherry Bird also ensures the landlord is kept in line with the latest legislation and records all of the HMO certificates online.
