About Cinapsis
Cinapsis SmartReferrals is a clinical communications platform (software-as-a-service) that enables clinicians in primary and secondary care to communicate with one another, share information and make decisions together about the best next step in a patient’s care. NHS clinicians benefit from access to timely, specialist advice from experienced secondary care clinicians, which enables more patients to be managed out of hospital, where that is safe and appropriate, and reduces pressure on NHS hospitals whilst helping to prevent burnout for staff. Cinapsis is used by CQC-registered organisations, including third-party providers to the NHS. Cinapsis has been approved by NHSX as part of the NHSX Clinical Communications Tool Framework and the Dynamic Purchasing System for Electronic Eyecare Referral Systems.
