Cubbo is building the infrastructure layer behind modern commerce. We operate at the intersection of software, logistics, and delivery, providing a single platform that controls everything that happens from the moment a customer clicks “buy” to the moment the order is delivered. Unlike traditional 3PLs, Cubbo is tech-first. Logistics is a distribution channel, not the product. Our platform connects checkout, inventory, fulfillment, transportation, out-of-home delivery, and post-purchase engagement into one operating system. This allows brands to improve delivery speed, increase conversion and retention, and structurally reduce cost-to-serve without owning warehouses or fleets. Cubbo generates revenue through a combination of transaction-based infrastructure services and high-margin SaaS products. These include fulfillment orchestration, last-mile and out-of-home delivery networks, post-purchase engagement tools, and white-label logistics software licensed to carriers and partners. We operate profitably at scale in Mexico and Brazil and are expanding toward a model where software and network-driven services drive a growing share of margins. Our long-term goal is to become the default backend for modern commerce, enabling brands, carriers, and platforms to plug into a shared infrastructure instead of building their own. Cubbo is not a logistics company adding software. It is a software platform that happens to operate logistics where needed.
