Czechitas breaks down stereotypes and barriers. The organization's mission is to inspire women, children, and young people through IT education. But that's not all. The organization strives to establish itself as the leading non-formal IT education provider in the Czech Republic. Because of the incredible support they received from the partners, we're able to grow quickly and become an important partner in educating women in IT. Hundreds of women have already switched careers or used their new technical expertise for career advancement due to them. Czechitas organizes workshops on topics such as programming, web development, data analysis, testing, as well as computer graphics and security, with the help of practitioners. A community of people in Czechia share the same enthusiasm for the IT field and gender diversity
