Founded in 2012, the Company is partnered with Teagasc Food Research Centre Moorepark, one of the world’s leading dairy research centres based in Fermoy, County Cork, Ireland. Using an innovative dairy technology, Dairy Concepts IRL has developed a ‘world-first’ range of high protein, hand-held dairy snacks aimed at children and adults. Products for supply to the European market are manufactured in Ireland and supplied directly and through distributors. A franchise manufacturing and distribution model is employed for markets outside of Europe.
