About Defy-Hi
We have developed the Inspector BEAR (Building Envelope Access Robot) to capture data for facade inspections in the city. Once captured, we use our own AI to analyse and localise the data on the building's elevations. This data is then displayed on our digital dashboard. Engineers can validate or reject defects and suggest remedial strategies, owners and managers can group the defects within work packages and send for quoting. As we collect data year-on-year, we will create a time capsule of defects, leading to predictive condition-based maintenance and help with forward planning of long-term capex budgets. (Note: our AI and dashboard can also analyse and display drone-generated data)
