Quorum is an annual problem in privately governed corporations such as condos and non-profits. The way they solve this problem now involves a lot of time spent manually soliciting proxies for the annual general meeting. ProxyComplete™ is an interactive voice response application that automatically solicits exactly the number of proxies the corporation needs, when they need them.
