About e-contratos
E-contratos was one of the first Legaltech companies in Europe. Founded by Javier Esparza, Jordi Linares and Luis Gosalbez, their platform allowed to facilitate negotiating and signing contracts worlwide. E-contratos developed one of the first smartphone apps in Spain, through an agreement with RIM (Blackberry). After raising a seed round with Caixa Capital Risc and expanding its business to Europe, Asia and Latinamerica, the company finally closed on 2008.
