Socrate is a “Google-like” search engine, but with a fundamental difference: while Google finds information on the public web, Socrate operates within a company’s private data, directly where it is installed. Our main differentiating factor in the market is the guarantee of complete data sovereignty: our clients' data never leaves their corporate infrastructure. We do not use any external services that would require sharing data; everything happens locally, in total security. The platform can be installed on-premise, even in fully offline environments, thus ensuring maximum compliance with corporate policies and the most stringent security requirements. In addition, Socrate is equipped with specialized modules for analyzing technical documentation, such as manuals, diagrams, and procedures, which requires a very different approach compared to standard documents. This allows us to offer highly accurate search performance in complex environments, such as those typical in the manufacturing and technical sectors. Another advantage is the ability to automatically classify documents before indexing them, improving content organization and making it easier to navigate and access the most relevant information. Finally, the new Business Intelligence features make Socrate a strategic tool for the continuous improvement of corporate documentation: - Relational topic graph: allows visualization of the connections between various topics covered in company documents. - Continuous learning from the corporate environment: if the system is unable to answer a question, the user can send a request via email. The response received is automatically acquired as new knowledge within the platform, in the “Contributions” section. - When a significant number of contributions have been gathered, the system automatically generates a report highlighting gaps in the documentation and suggesting areas for improvement. - Additionally, the company can use the BI dashboard to view the thematic areas that receive the most frequent questions, thus gaining valuable insights for internal support, training, and knowledge management.
