EDGAR is a digital concierge service for Vacation Rental: Hosts can customize their own app concierge and invite their Guests to discover and book both internal and external services. Edgar has an internal marketplace of local experiences and services, plus other service integrations to provide the Guests with all the services they need. Hosts can easily manage the requests and interact with their guest even after their stay. We implement a combination of a B2B and a B2C model: hosts pay an annual fee depending on the number of rooms/apartments, plus we retain a transaction fee on every experience and service that Guest book through the app.
