About Enter Capital
Enter Capital was started by Andrew Ponomar and Elena Nosova, who moved to the U.S. in 2013 from Russia and Cyprus and chose to build long-term in the U.S. The firm initially started as a two-sided marketplace for sourcing M&A opportunities; the software was discontinued as a standalone business, but the tech skills and respect for engineering teams gained from building it remain core to who we are. Enter Capital then transitioned into an M&A advisory business and now focuses on investing in SaaS and IT services companies as a family office and buy-side M&A advisor to large private equity firms on both coasts, and PE-backed platform companies. Alex Kudriashov and Chris Wang are our friends, advisors, and partners, involved on a case-by-case basis in deals, funds, strategic and legal support.
