About Entirety Biomedical
Entirety Biomedical is a preclinical stage medical device development and manufacturing company founded by a team of industry veterans specializing in bioabsorbable metal implants. These fully absorbable implants are built from the patent pending and Entirety owned Curasorb alloy to revolutionize treatment, improve outcomes, and reduce healthcare costs by eliminating removal procedures and life-threatening complications such as infections by absorbing and restoring tissue to its natural physiology, while maintaining performance of titanium implants. The approach leverages decades of expertise, strategic partnerships, and presents a unique opportunity for a large exit consisting of multiple commercialized product lines, starting with ortho extremities and maxillofacial fixation. FDA clearance and commercialization are expected for multiple product lines: Maxillofacial Fixation, ortho extremities fixation and sports medicine indications. Exit via acquisition is expected between 2027-29 at a minimum revenue multiple of 20x based upon comparable biomaterial implant acquisitions.
