Our product is the first all-in-one platform for Diversity and Inclusion helping fast growing companies embed fair & inclusive practices and behaviours across the business. Fair HQ is (1) the data layer (continuously assessing and benchmarking company processes, practices, representation and employees’ experience), (2) the recommendation layer (suggesting structural & behavioural changes backed by the latest research) and now also (3) the implementation layer (delivering personalised behavioural nudges to managers embedding inclusive practices and behaviours through our Slack Bot) Our mission is to make companies more successful by helping them embed D&I into their DNA.
