Since 2008, FieldLevel's mission has been to simplify the athletic recruiting process. Our goal is to expand access to playing opportunities at every level ’ from youth sports to high school, college, and professional levels. We exist to empower coaches with the tools and network they need to place and recruit dedicated athletes, while also bringing transparency to the process. FieldLevel does this by seeking perfection in three areas: 1) having useful and complete profiles, 2) making search easy and powerful, and 3) ensuring quality and seamless communication.
