Finapp is an innovative startup that produces a new generation of CRNS probes that allow measuring the water content. Water in the ground, then soil moisture, water out of the ground, then in the biomass, water in the snow, then snow water equivalent. The applications are really many, such as the research of water losses along aqueducts, hydrological and hydraulic modeling, estimates of hydroelectric energy but mainly agricultural ones.
