Findd provides Intelligent Workforce Management software and services specializing in the employee lifecycle for Frontline Workers. Navigating the employee lifecycle for frontline workers is both complex and dynamic. Our customers are people intensive, with mostly hourly workers, and often have challenging physical environments where physical clocks are either impossible or unreliable, so we built our solutions for the real world, leveraging Biometrics for security, and machine learning and AI for Intelligence. The result is a frictionless, fast and flexible talent platform. There are an estimate $2.7B frontline workers globally, across many diverse industries, which have been underserved technologically for decades. According to Deloitte, “Frontline workers have historically been underserved regarding digital tools and solutions, exposing the inequity of experience across the workforce. Only 23% of frontline workers believe they have access to the technology they need to be productive.” The company was founded in 2016 by Tom Loveland and Ryan Johnson in Provo, UT; we remain a founder-owned, Delaware corporation today. We released our first product, a mobile (iOS and Android) Biometric Time Clock in 2017. We introduced and have been providing full Time and Labor Management since 2019 and have added significant HR capabilities to our platform since then.
