It actively seeks a diverse range of funding and is transparent about all its sources of income. Full Fact does not take sides in any debate and does not support any political party or campaign. It has been quoted by politicians on all sides and corrected people on all sides. It has a cross-party Board of Trustees and safeguards in place at every level of its organization to ensure its neutrality. Fact-checks alone are not enough to halt the spread of misinformation. Full Fact also pushes for corrections where necessary, and work with government departments and research institutions to improve the quality and communication of information at the source.
