As a result, an increasing number of organizations are turning to Continuous Information Service ('CIS') providers to monitor and analyze IT developments and to identify trends to support such organizations' IT decision-making needs. The Company's Continuous Information Services are available to customers for an annual subcription fee billed and payable in advance, which entitles members to (i) access all the Company's advisory service information and analyses, (ii) inquiry privileges and (iii) participate in briefings, a conference and teleconferences.
