GoFastCab was a graduate of EvoNexus, nonprofit incubator program run by San Diego technology trade group CommNexus. It developed an app for iPhones and Android devices that allow customers to order cabs on their smartphones. It rolled the app out in 17 metro areas nationwide, including San Diego and Orange County.
