About Green Prefab
Green Prefab is a solution provider on a long-term roadmap to align the construction industry with the global challenge of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. We started in 2000 and dedicated our first decade to developing web-based collaboration platforms and prefab digital libraries. In the second decade, we integrated zero-energy tools into those platforms. Now, we offer a range of management, entrepreneurial, and commercial services targeting both small and large manufacturers and developers. Increasingly, we also act as building developers ourselves, with a consolidated network of international industry partners. Our primary goal is to democratize access to modular prefab construction systems, facilitating their implementation for traditional industry customers so they can transition quickly. We aim to enhance construction efficiency in terms of time and cost, reduce environmental impact, and provide solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and the entire industry.
