GreenTec Capital Partners is a long-term investor that joins forces with startups from the proof of concept stage onwards and SMEs. Hereby they target under the radar companies with a sustainable business model to create exclusive investment opportunities with economic, social and/or environmental impact in Africa. Their team of experts joins the operational team of each companies and focuses on improving the respective operational activities to foster the chance of a sustainable success. They fund and/or facilitate access to adequate funding opportunities that are fitting each company’s individual stage of evolution (development / expansion / growth). Instead of straining the cash positions, they favors “work for equity” deals to build up a dynamic portfolio and create economic value for their partners. Since they are looking for long-term investment and business partners, they expect their portfolio companies’ strategies to fit into their own strategy. They know-how allows us to structure their own fund vehicle with professional partners in order to provide a diversified solution to specific investors.
