Founded in 1981 by four Galician partners with deep roots in the fishing industry, GRUPO IBERCONSA has enjoyed spectacular growth both in its commercial and shipowning activity, which began in 1998 with the Argentinian fishing company API. Their Group now comprises more than 20 companies operating in the frozen fish industry: in fish processing, manufacturing, wholesale and retail marketing, cold storage and distribution. The Group reaps the rewards of having a network of subsidiaries that possess great expertise in every phase of handling frozen fish, from capture through to the end consumer.
