Originally conceived in 2014 by former BP Executives who had built the first BP Fuel Grade Hydrogen Production and Fueling station to support the consumer hydrogen powered vehicle market (Toyota Mirai, Honda Clarity and Hyundai Tuscon) HydrogenXT reinvented itself in 2023 to serve the Commercial, Municipal and Industrial Sectors Who is HydrogenXT and What are We Building A pre-revenue startup that has invested nearly $5,000,000 in bootstrap and friends & family investment into the creation of a North American zero carbon intensity, fuel-grade, Blue Hydrogen steam methane reforming plant production and dispensing network. We will build one hundred or more of these facilities over the next 7 years and we sell two primary products leveraging our proprietary IP and unique approach not yet accomplished by anyone in the sector allowing us to deliver clean energy at hydrocarbon equivilency. The Markets We Serve – What We Sell The first market is that we sell kilograms of fuel-grade blue-hydrogen into two primary markets; the first is retail for transportation, ground support equipment, and robotic power and the second is wholesale to hydrogen distributors and large scale projects at around 1/3rd the price in the market today with 90%+ gross margins. HydrogenXT's second market is zero carbon-intensity green clean power at competitive prices produced from the Fuel Grade Blue Hydrogen utilizing either industrial scale hydrogen fuel cells, direct from hydrogen electric turbines or hydrogen boilers that make electricity from steam. We sell this electricity into two different markets; the first is captive behind the fence solutions where we produce the hydrogen and convert it into electricity to power large scale AI data centers for both hyperscalers, bitcoin miners, and data center operators or industrial purposes like heavy manufacturing for steel, glass or refrigeration and the second market is for municipality microgrids or existing grid augmentation or old electricity technology replacement.
