About Invoice Bazaar
Invoice Bazaar is a Fintech operating company that is focused on the financial inclusion of under-served Small and Mid-sized Enterprises (SME) to cash their receivables early, thereby helping them with working capital. Invoice Bazaar was founded in 2016 by Anand Nagaraj, a former Citi Executive and was poised to provide financing to underbanked and unbanked SMEs, including women-led enterprises, Invoice Bazaar meaning “market of invoices” was an attempt to bridge the supplier-buyer relationship, by digitizing the transactions which are done manually in the real world. This digitization helps in providing finance to a supplier by actually taking buyer-risk. Invoice Bazaar was acquired in 2021 by Triterras, a Singapore based Trade and Trade Finance fintech that was listed on NASDAQ (TRIT) through the SPAC route. Invoice Bazaar continues to be part of Triterras Group. In 2023, Triterras sold Invoice Bazaar to a group entity called Tritfin Pte Ltd. Invoice Bazaar continues to run as an independent entity managed by Triterras.
