KoolDiner is the first real dining/gathering SAAS platform using global social networks (Linkedin, Facebook, VKontakte, Viadeo, Tweeter...). The Problem: 1/ Restaurant have a problem to streamline a constant flow of customers which would garanty better averaged revenue. They dont have real marketing tool to advertize (specially in Europe), and differentiate their market values from others. We dont talk about major chains like Darden's group in US (Olive garden, red lobster...) 2/ The expansion of social networks usage generates two needs: - A craving to materialize the social network activity (Facebook aperitive in France... 80K people gathering for having a drink in front of Eiffel Tower organized through Facebook which generated major hygienic and security problems). - A rush of social network platform to convert that mass of people into business activity The Solution: KoolDiner is offering a SAaS leveraging existing social network to support events of our every day life, professional as personal. As much as we saw the convergence of functionalities througth hardware (PC/Tablette/Smart Phone). KoolDiner is the convergence of needs to support social activity. LinkedIn natural needs in term of monetizing functionality was recruitement, FaceBook sees dating pluggin, and other social events apps... KoolDiner encapsulate those needs bringing people to support them and bringing people to reality. Most of the time when people date, celebrate birthday, going out with friends or do business, this is occuring around a table. KoolDiner offers to support your life events within affiliated restaurants to beneficiate of incredible incentive... Our difference with Groupon is simple: we are building a win win solution with our restaurant partners to sustain their business instead of pumping them.
