Kreios Space is a deep-tech startup based on the R&D of technologies for enabling the Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO). The company was founded on May 2021 by 6 founders and is currently aimed at prototyping and getting into the market an Air-breathing electric propulsion system, which will allow the satellites to operate in orbits much closer to the Earth (from 100 to 400Km height meanwhile they are currently set over 500Km), providing a huge improvement to the resolution for both telecommunications and Earth observation.
