Kyma's mission is to create innovative materials & device technologies that support a greener planet and a better quality of life. Kyma's portfolio of products and services includes crystalline wide bandgap semiconductor (WBGS) and ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor (UWBGS) materials as well as select crystal growth tools for producing such materials and select devices fabricated from such materials. Kyma's portfolio of WBGS & UWBGS materials includes GaN, AlGaN, AlN, Ga2O3, and diamond. Kyma also offers plasma vapor deposition (PVD) and hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE) crystal growth systems.
