Lunar is a Shanghai-based private equity investment manager in buyouts of middle-market consumer businesses in China. Lunar invests where the power of the Chinese consumer is driving explosive growth in demand for higher quality, mass-market premium products, and services. Lunar builds platforms through buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions, and adding innovative expertise to create the brands, services, and experiences that Chinese customers want.
