NALA is an online shop that offers cosmetics. It was founded by overseas returnee Liu Yongming in May 2009. It now has more than 100 employees and consists of a management center, a business center, a customer service center, a warehousing and logistics center, as well as an operation center. NALA currently sells cosmetics and cosmetic tools through Taobao and the B2C platform set up by the company itself. In C-level shops in Taobao, NALA has earned five crowns in one year and gold crown in 18 months. It has been among the top three dealers of cosmetics in Taobao and the first domestic dealer of Korean cosmetics in one and a half years. In 2010, NALA established a strategic partnership with enterprises such as Albaba, LG Corporation of South Korea, ITOCHU Corporation of Japan, Shiseido, and Proya.
