With multiple campus locations and learning programs, Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) is one of the largest two-year community colleges in the nation. NOVA has an impressive selection of certificates and degrees to meet the needs of students who are preparing for a future career or for transfer to a four-year university. The school even has distance learning and continuing education for workforce development. Working adults are able to take an entire certificate or degree program on campus or online. Placement tests may be a requirement for enrollment and are administered on campus.
