About Prestamype
Prestamype was launched in 2017 with the aim of providing a broader access to funding to micro and small businesses, with better credit conditions. With its first product, a secured working capital loan with a real estate collateral, it has lent over USD 24 million to 750 Peruvian entrepreneurs (as of 1st of October 2021). In 2019, Prestamype launched its online FX platform called Cambio Seguro. In 2020, the company launched its digital factoring product. In 2021, INCA Ventures and Angel Ventures Peru (AVP), two leading funds in Peru, invested in the company.
