About Queens University of Charlotte
Queens has provided students with transformational experiences for more than 160 years. Looking to increase both your educational and spiritual knowledge? Queens University of Charlotte is a well-established school that comes from a Presbyterian heritage. The university’s Religious Life group has various organizations and clubs to help students strengthen and grow their personal faith. Queens has a wide array of academic offerings including associate’s, bachelor’s, and graduate degree programs, certificate programs and continuing education courses. Internships and the ability to study abroad may be available to eligible students. Some courses have evening classes to offer students more scheduling flexibility, and Queens’ low student-teacher ratio helps to see that all students receive the support and attention they need to succeed. Queens has over 40 organizations and clubs, including Greek Life, giving students plenty of ways to become involved and gain more from their college experience. Interested in living on campus? The school has several resident halls to choose from. Located in Charlotte, the school is near a nice mix of art and history for students to check out after finishing their studies. Undergraduates pay the same tuition regardless of their residence. The school offers several scholarships and eligible students can also take advantage of financial aid from the state of North Carolina in addition to the federal FAFSA and other options. Queens University of Charlotte utilizes a rolling admissions philosophy, however they do offer priority in scholarship funding to early applicants.
