Ramapo College of New Jersey is a public, four-year university offering bachelor’s and master’s degrees in a wide range of concentrations. Located in Mahwah, New Jersey, students are encouraged to explore the rich academic atmosphere and participate in a vibrant student life. Students can earn a bachelor’s degree in almost every traditional discipline, while master’s degrees are somewhat limited. Graduate degrees can be earned in the following fields: *Educational Leadership *Liberal Studies *Sustainability Studies *Nursing *Educational Technology Ramapo College believes student involvement is incredibly important to overall academic success. Students can take advantage of campus activities, theater productions, student organizations, Greek life, residential halls, and athletic teams. Student support services are equally important to the wellbeing of the campus. A health clinic and counseling services are available, as well as a women’s center and fitness gym. Students can use the career services center for career advising and preparation, or take advantage of the unique Queer Peer Services, to help those in the LGBT community deal with social pressures. Admissions requirements for entering freshman include a high school diploma, and a minimum 1140 on the SAT. Financial aid advising is available to students who need help paying tuition. Ramapo College offers students a chance to explore academic, artistic and social opportunities, and aims to foster a love for lifelong learning.
