Reclaimit AB was founded in 1999 by Swedish entrepreneurs Häkan Johansson and Jörgen Dernbrant, initially under the name of ETTnoll Design AB. Since then the company has developed system solutions to handle various aftersales issues – particularly, returns and complaints, service and repairs, and shipping. The company's constant driving force has been the insight that "satisfied customers always come back."
